As the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) takes full effect and Japan’s Sustainability Standards Board of Japan (SSBJ) develops domestic disclosure standards, the quality, granularity, and timing of non-financial information required from companies are rapidly advancing.
For globally operating enterprises, disclosure is no longer just about regulatory compliance (“defense”) but also about strategic communication with investors and markets (“offense”).

At the same time, ESG analysis and corporate evaluations using generative AI and other algorithms are accelerating. Non-financial information is shifting from “documents read by humans” to “data readable by machines.” Designing “AI-friendly” information is emerging as a new management challenge for future value creation.

This seminar will share key insights from both an auditing firm and Sustainable Lab, which provides AI-oriented non-financial disclosure support tools, covering regulatory response and practical implementation.
